QUALIFICATIONS

He is the Chairman of the Technical Committee and an independent member of the Board representing stakeholders. He holds Masters of Education Management and Policy Studies from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology and Bachelor of Education from Kenyatta University.

EXPERIENCE

He is a teacher at heart and has served in various capacities in the education sector as either, the County Director of Education, District Inspector of Schools or Inspector of Schools.
